  • Bank closing-balance / net-worth certificateFrom the bankClosing-balance or net-worth evidence for the destination category. Distinct from the maintenance certificate.
  • NTN certificateFrom FBRFBR certificate whose name matches the bank title and the PEC file.
  • Current PEC licenceFrom PECThe letter the firm already holds, including category and codes.
  • Paid PEC challanFrom PECGenerated on the portal for the right category, paid in the firm name.
  • Engineer’s PEC cardFrom the engineerA live Registered or Professional Engineer card — copy from the engineer, verify on the portal before you file.
  • Work ordersOtherCompleted work in the firm’s name, for a category upgrade or a tender deck.
