1. About us and these terms

Alqaim Engineers is the trading name of Al Qaim Engineering Association, Lahore, Pakistan. By using this website, contacting us or asking us to work a file, you agree to these terms.

2. We are an independent consultancy

We are not the Pakistan Engineering Council, SECP, FBR or any other authority, and we do not act on their behalf. We prepare and file applications and follow them up. Every approval, category, registration and timeline is the decision of the relevant authority, and we cannot guarantee any outcome or date.

3. Our services

The scope of each engagement — which files, which documents, and our professional fee — is agreed with you in writing (including on WhatsApp or email) before work starts. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract by itself.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
• You remain responsible for the truth of what is filed in your name. We will not file information we know to be false — including fake engineer attachments — and may decline or stop work that would require it.
• Attend biometrics, sign forms and pay authority challans when asked, so the file is not delayed.

5. Fees and payment

• Government and council fees (challans) are paid by you, in your firm’s name, to the authority. They are set by the authority and are not refundable by us.
• Our professional fee is quoted per file before work starts and is payable as agreed.
• If you cancel before we have started work on a file, we will discuss a refund of any professional fee paid for it. Work already done is chargeable.

6. Website information and tools

Fees, category limits, timelines and other figures on this website are reference information taken from the authorities that publish them, with the source and the date we checked them. Authorities change their schedules. The calculator and other tools give estimates, not decisions. Confirm figures on the official portal before relying on them.

7. Communications

By contacting us on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone, you agree that we may reply and send you messages about your enquiry or file on that channel. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your documents and business information as confidential and share them only as needed to work your file, as our Privacy Policy describes, or where the law requires.

9. Our content

The design, text, tools and code of this website belong to Alqaim Engineers. You may use them for your own information and link to them, but not copy or republish them commercially without permission. Official data reproduced here belongs to the authority that published it.

10. Limitation of liability

We work every file with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions, delays or portal outages of any authority, for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, or for indirect losses such as lost tenders or profit. Our total liability for any file is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that file.

11. Third-party services

This website links to official portals and uses services such as WhatsApp. Those are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes and contact
