The paperwork.

  • Bank mandate / signatory changeFrom the bankUpdated operating instructions after an ownership or partner change.

  • Current PEC licenceFrom PECThe letter the firm already holds, including category and codes.
  • Biometric verificationFrom PECAt the PEC office PEC currently names for the file. We cannot skip it.
  • Sale deed or succession papersOtherThe instrument that actually transfers ownership, before PEC will amend the licence.
